2 cups of buckwheat

20 oz chicken breast, diced

3 cups of water

2 onions, peeled and sliced

salt and pepper, to taste

How to Prepare:

Soak the buckwheat in the warm water for around 10 minutes.
Then add in the buckwheat to your pot.
Add in the chicken, onions, salt and pepper to your pot and stir well. Pour some water.
Close the lid and cook for 40 minutes on a HIGH pressure. Release the pressure naturally over 10 minutes.
Portion the buckwheat with chicken into two bowls or mugs. Remember that this dish should be served warm. Serve the buckwheat and chicken with the wine.
