4 pears, sliced
4 apples, sliced
1 cup of quinoa, rinsed
2 cups of water
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon citric acid
How to Prepare:
Sprinkle the diced pears and apples with the cinnamon and citric acid and place them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Heat the water and then soak the quinoa in the warm water for around 10-15 minutes.
Add all the listed ingredients to your Instant Pot and pour the water. Close the lid and cook on a HIGH pressure for 15 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally over 10 minutes.
Portion the pears and apples quinoa mix into two bowls or mugs and dollop each bowl with the brown sugar. Remember that this dish should be served warm. Serve the pears and apples quinoa with the cappuccino.
