2 cups of teff

1 cup of blueberries

1 cup of water

1 cup of oat milk

2 tablespoons brown sugar

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

How to Prepare:

Add all the ingredients to your Instant Pot except the blueberries. Close the lid of the Pot and press the Manual key to cook on a MEDIUM pressure for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, release the pressure naturally and open the lid.
Blend the teff using a blender.
Portion the teff into two bowls or mugs and dollop each bowl with the blueberries. Remember that this dish should be served warm. Serve the morning teff with the cocoa.
